Who Is Responsible for Customs Duty?

At checkout, you can choose between two shipping options:

1. Prepaid Duties & Taxes (Recommended) — all applicable customs duties, taxes, and VAT are calculated and paid upfront. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

2. Standard International Shipping — customs duties, local taxes, and VAT are not included in the checkout total. Any applicable fees must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.

Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Because we offer outlet pricing on authentic designer goods, most sales are final. If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we will provide a free return shipping label, a full refund including your original shipping cost, or a replacement if available. This is the only case in which returns are accepted — we're unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or personal preference, so please review product measurements and photos carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — we'll do our best to accommodate requests made before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Processing & Shipping Time

Order Processing: 3–7 business days (includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging).
Shipping Time: delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country — on average, international deliveries take 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Refunds: processed within 7 business days of approval, issued to the original payment method.

Delivery Responsibility

Please track your shipment and respond promptly if the carrier attempts delivery and needs more information. Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered; claims of non-receipt must be supported by an official carrier dispute.
