If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we will provide a free return shipping label, a full refund including your original shipping cost, or a replacement if available. This is the only case in which returns are accepted — we're unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or personal preference, so please review product measurements and photos carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — we'll do our best to accommodate requests made before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Processing & Shipping Time

Shipping Time: delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country — on average, international deliveries take 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Refunds: processed within 7 business days of approval, issued to the original payment method.
