Who Is Responsible for Customs Duty?
The price you see already includes all customs duties and import fees. At checkout, local VAT (value-added tax) may be shown separately as required by your countryâs regulations. This means you will not face any surprise payments at delivery.

Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
- Products may be returned within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original accessories.
- Return requests must be submitted via our website contact form or by e-mail and must be approved before the product is shipped back.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped to the designated return address.
- Refunds will be issued minus the following deductions:
$20 service fee
5.5% bank commission
Initial shipping costs
Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or related import fees already paid on the order - Return shipping costs are covered by us only if the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
- Even if the cancellation is requested on the same day of purchase, the following will be deducted from the refund:
$20 service fee
5.5% bank commission

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted only if the order has not been shipped.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and contacting the carrier if delivery attempts fail or additional information is required.
If the carrier cannot deliver due to the buyerâs failure to provide correct information or failure to respond to delivery notices, the order will be considered delivered and will not qualify for a refund. - If a package is returned to us due to the customerâs negligence (e.g., not contacting the carrier or not collecting the parcel), all costs (shipping, service fee, bank commission, customs duties, VAT) will be deducted from any refund â or the refund may be denied entirely.

Processing & Shipping Time - Order Processing: 3â7 business days (includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging).
- Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country. On average, international deliveries take 7â21 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
- Return Inspections: Completed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds: Processed within 7 business days following approval and issued to the original payment method, minus applicable fees and import duties/VAT.
Exceptions
- Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear) are non-returnable.
- Returns or cancellations without prior approval will not be processed.
Additional Provisions
- Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.
- Claims of non-receipt must be supported by an official carrier dispute.
- Fraudulent chargeback or disputes may result in account suspension and legal action.
