Service & Shipping Terms

📦 Product Procurement & Shipping:

  • Orders are processed within 3-7 business days.
  • Shipments are made via DHL or UPS to ensure secure and fast delivery.
  • The estimated delivery times are:
    • USA & Europe: 5-10 business days
    • Other countries: 7-20 business days
  • Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been shipped.

💰 Customs Fees & Import Duties:

  • For countries outside of Turkey, the buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes.
  • Outlet Americas is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
  • If you have concerns regarding customs fees, please consult your local customs office before placing an order.

3️⃣ Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

🚫 Return Policy:

  • All purchases are final since Outlet Americas provides a personal shopping service.
  • Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted unless the product is incorrect or defective.
  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@outletamericas.com with photos and order details.

❌ Cancellation Policy: 

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have NOT been processed yet.
  • ın the event of  cancellation, a $20 service fee and a %5.5 bank commission fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    Shipping costs are refunded only if the order has not been dispatched.
  • Once an order is processed, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

🔄 Refund Policy:

  • If an order is canceled before processing, the refund will be issued within 14 business days.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank. Typically, refunds appear on credit cards within 1-7 business days, but debit card refunds may take longer.
