Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions

  • Order cancellations are accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • In the event of cancellation, a $20 service fee and a 5.5% bank commission fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping costs are refunded only if the order has not been dispatched.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories.
  • Return requests must be submitted via [contact channel] and approved before shipping the product.
  • Once the return is approved, the product must be shipped to the designated address.
  • A $20 service fee, a 5.5% bank commission, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any customs duties paid by the customer will not be refunded.
  • Shipping costs are covered by us only in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

3. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests are accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped and the requested change is feasible.
  • Products eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Return and Cancellation Process

  • Approved returns must be shipped to the designated address.
  • Inspections for returns will be completed within 5 business days after receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days following approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus applicable service, bank, and shipping fees.

5. Exceptions

  • Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, cosmetics) are non-returnable.
  • Returns or cancellations without prior approval will not be processed.

6. Additional Provisions

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. Claims of non-receipt must be supported by an official carrier dispute.
  • Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in account suspension and legal action.
